We are excited to share that our practice has been honored by Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) with a 2025 Patient Experience Award for Empowering Patient Self‑Care—marking the second consecutive year we have received this distinction.
MHQP is a statewide nonprofit organization that conducts Massachusetts’ only comprehensive Patient Experience Survey, gathering feedback from thousands of patients each year. These surveys capture what truly matters in healthcare: communication, access, support, and overall experience based on what patients actually encounter during their visits.
This award recognizes practices that rank among the top in the state for helping patients feel informed, confident, and supported in managing their health. Being chosen in this category highlights the meaningful work our team does each day to guide, educate, and empower those we serve.
