Dr. Walsh was born and raised in Upstate New York where she stayed to attend Hamilton College. She moved to Missouri to attend Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and returned east to complete her Pediatric Residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.
Dr. Walsh joined Plymouth Pediatric Associates in 2010. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has a special interest in assisting breastfeeding mothers and babies and is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. During the summers she is also the supervising physician for Camp Bournedale. She has affiliations with Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth where she is the Chief of Pediatrics. Dr. Walsh works closely with Boston Children’s Hospital, Tufts New England Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital and South Shore Hospital.
Dr. Walsh is married and has five children. When she is not at work, she spends time with her busy family along with enjoying running, watching New England sports teams and going to the beach.
