Crystal was born and raised in Gary, Indiana. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University. After working as a RN in multiple specialties, she returned to school, earning a Master’s Degree from Northeastern University. Crystal is certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is married with three adult children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
