In the 4 years since my daughter has been born & been a patient at Plymouth Pediatric, we have had nothing but wonderful experiences whether that be with her primary care physician, Dr. Walsh, or the many providers (specifically Dr. Oliver & Ashley McInnis, NP) in the urgent care area. I have always felt that each provider, as well as the nurses, have always taken the time to listen to any concern I have and address each with professionalism and an expertise in individualized care, providing education to me in a way I can understand it and always allow for any questions that arise during a visit. All staff not only address me but also takes the time to chat with my daughter to calm her nerves and include her in what each medical tool they are using and why. If you are looking for a Pediatric office that is welcoming, thorough and compassionate-I recommend PPA. I would like to specifically thank Ashley McInnis, NP for her amazing care she provided to my daughter this past Christmas Eve- because of Ashley's thoroughness I was able to get my daughter a same day x-ray & treatment and on her way to feeling better quicky-her kindness that day was and still is so appreciated.

We LOVE Dr. Oliver! He’s so positive, really takes the time to listen and makes you feel comfortable asking the “dumb” questions as a first time mom without feeling judged. The entire staff is caring and professional. I am so happy we picked Plymouth Pediatric Associates for our son.

I have nothing but good things to say about this doctor’s office. Richie is amazing and always has such a bubbly personality. He makes any nerves or anxiety you might have about going to the doctor completely go away and makes you feel comfortable right away. Nicole is the best, especially for people who are scared of needles. She distracts you so well that it’s over before you even realize it. She’s also really honest and reassuring, and she reminds you that it’s nothing and will be done in a minute. I’ve had Dr. Bodie for basically my whole life, and she is the best doctor ever. She is so sweet, always listens to what you have to say, and truly helps you in every way she can. You never feel rushed, and she really cares about her patients. Overall, everyone here is kind, caring, and makes going to the doctor a good experience.

We’ve been bringing both my daughters here since they were born and everyone is amazing. My 6 month old was recently super sick with high fevers and uti everyone was so helpful and re-assuring. The nurses Jessy and Richy were so good with my sick baby and the phlebotomist Sue is amazing and great at what she does! Dr Massey and NP Laura Blebin updated me every chance they got calling me over weekends and after hours with updates and plans of care! So grateful for everyone at this practice!

These 5 stars are for Dr. Oliver! He is so easy to talk to and really takes the time to listen and give updated information and reasoning. It can be challenging to build trust in such short appointments but I’ve always been reassured that he not only has my children’s best interest in mind but genuinely takes time to teach, validate and consider all possible factors. The nurses have always been so gentle and supportive as well!
