Preparing for a newborn can feel overwhelming — this complimentary class is designed to help you feel confident, informed, and supported before your baby arrives

- What to expect in the first few days at home
- Feeding basics: breast and bottle
- Normal newborn elimination patterns
- Safe sleep guidelines and newborn sleep patterns
- Keeping baby safe (injury prevention & infection prevention)
- How to tell when your baby needs to see a doctor
- Introduction to our practice, facilities, and providers
Class Details
- Date: Thursday, May 7th, at 6:00pm – 7:30pm (1.5 hours)
- Location: Plymouth Office, 148 Industrial Park Road, Plymouth, MA, 02360
- Class Size: Limited to 10 participants (5 partners)
- Audience: Expectant parents (partners encouraged)
