I have nothing but good things to say about this doctor’s office. Richie is amazing and always has such a bubbly personality. He makes any nerves or anxiety you might have about going to the doctor completely go away and makes you feel comfortable right away. Nicole is the best, especially for people who are scared of needles. She distracts you so well that it’s over before you even realize it. She’s also really honest and reassuring, and she reminds you that it’s nothing and will be done in a minute. I’ve had Dr. Bodie for basically my whole life, and she is the best doctor ever. She is so sweet, always listens to what you have to say, and truly helps you in every way she can. You never feel rushed, and she really cares about her patients. Overall, everyone here is kind, caring, and makes going to the doctor a good experience.
We’ve been bringing both my daughters here since they were born and everyone is amazing. My 6 month old was recently super sick with high fevers and uti everyone was so helpful and re-assuring. The nurses Jessy and Richy were so good with my sick baby and the phlebotomist Sue is amazing and great at what she does! Dr Massey and NP Laura Blebin updated me every chance they got calling me over weekends and after hours with updates and plans of care! So grateful for everyone at this practice!
Very sympathetic and trustworthy practitioners
These 5 stars are for Dr. Oliver! He is so easy to talk to and really takes the time to listen and give updated information and reasoning. It can be challenging to build trust in such short appointments but I’ve always been reassured that he not only has my children’s best interest in mind but genuinely takes time to teach, validate and consider all possible factors. The nurses have always been so gentle and supportive as well!
Dr. Hawthorne is fantastic. She is patient. She listens to our questions respectfully and gives answers that are incredibly helpful. We never feel, even when it's really busy there, we never feel that she's rushing with us. She is very careful with our baby and knows his history, seems to really care about him. We couldn't be happier with a doctor for our baby. Thank you to Dr. Hawthorne. Please give her the highest ratings.

Yes, Kristi was very, very kind. She was very attentive to both of my children that were in the appointment. She had them laughing by the end of the appointment, which was nice to see. She was very engaging and pleasant and knowledgeable on the topics and treatment. Thank you.
Doctor and nurse were excellent the only reason that doctor was not up to date with Specialist was due to specialist not supplying information Doctor recommended seeing a different specialist and was very informative with how it will work thank you to all of the nurses doctors and front desk very helpful and pleasant
Dr Cassidy is great with my son. She takes the time to listen and always has an answer to our questions. We always recommend her to friends in need of a pediatrician.
